Farzin Shahrokhi
Psychologist, Entrepreneur, Business & Financial Educator
About me
My name is Dr. Farzin Shahrokhi, and I am an educator, entrepreneur, business coach, and clinical psychologist based in Norway.
My work brings together three areas that deeply shape how I teach: psychology, business, and practical decision-making. I have studied and worked across clinical psychology, medical psychology, business administration, leadership, entrepreneurship, and engineering. This broad background helps me explain complex topics in a clear, structured, and human way.
I am the founder and CEO of Paya Academy and Paya Solutions. Through Paya Academy, I teach courses in psychology, personal development, leadership, business, finance, relationships, and self-development. My goal is to help learners build more clarity, confidence, and practical skills they can use in real life.
I am also the author of several books and educational book projects. In business and finance, my work includes The Architecture of Profit, The Architecture of Worth, and The Architecture of Execution. In self-development, I have developed the trilogy The Life Skills Gap, The Founder’s Mind, and The Leader Within. In psychology and relationships, my projects include Your 5 Numbers, a book about understanding personality, and Strong Enough to Stay, a story-based parenting book from pre-birth to adulthood.
I have also written psychological thrillers, which reflects my deep interest in human behavior, inner conflict, decision-making, and the hidden patterns that shape people’s lives.
In psychology, my work has included integrative psychotherapy, medical psychology, mindfulness-based approaches, ACT, CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and work with individuals, couples, and families. In business and leadership, I focus on helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations improve decision-making, communication, motivation, and long-term growth.
Before moving deeper into psychology and business education, I built a strong academic and professional foundation in engineering, including advanced studies and a PhD in earthquake and structural engineering. This technical background taught me the value of structure, logic, and clear thinking. Psychology later taught me that real growth also requires self-awareness, emotional understanding, and human connection.
My teaching style is warm, practical, and easy to follow. I do not believe learning should feel intimidating or complicated. Whether we are discussing finance, leadership, psychology, or personal growth, my aim is always to make the subject clear, useful, and meaningful.
If you are someone who wants to grow, understand yourself better, make wiser decisions, and build a stronger personal or professional life, I am happy to support you on that journey.
