I have more than 25 years of experience in human development, communication, emotional support, and well-being practices. My career began in 1999 in Paris, where I founded a consulting business focused on interpersonal communication for professionals and executives.
My academic background includes studies in Communication, Information & Communication Sciences (CNAM Paris), Management, Theology, and Religious Studies. I have also worked in healthcare settings, supporting relaxation programs and palliative care initiatives, while contributing as a journalist specializing in health, society, and environmental topics.
Over the years, I have trained in sophrology, helping relationships, emotional support, and personal development approaches. My expertise combines formal education, hands-on experience, and a deep commitment to understanding human behavior, emotions, and personal growth.
In addition to my professional activities, I am involved in creative fields such as writing, painting, and music, which enrich my teaching and communication skills.
