What I learned is that being a competent and people person leads to an easier time in maintaining business processes and operations as well as client relationships.  As an operations manager, I've learned to manage teams and keep the company’s wellbeing in mind.  With a team dedicated to growth and success the company or business is sure to not only survive but thrive. I believe I can do that with new clients or customers alike.
