My ServiceNow experience includes environment support and leadership for several clients across various industries. Having worked on projects of varying complexity, I have developed an advanced, multifarious skillset - namely in the ITOM space. I have four ServiceNow certifications and Masters of Science with a concentration in Information Systems.

After having completed several training courses for various ServiceNow certifications, I noticed that there is very little in the way of exam preparation. My objective for creating my Udemy course(s) is to prepare other exam candidates for their ServiceNow certification exams so that they can take them with confidence and hopefully pass the first time.
