About the Instructor
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the workforce, I’ve worked in more than 100 companies and participated in over 300 job interviews. This journey has given me a unique, ground-level perspective on what truly works in employee management—what motivates people, what discourages them, and how leaders can inspire loyalty and productivity without using pressure or fear.

I am not a theorist. I speak as someone who has seen both the best and the worst in management styles and workplace cultures. My goal is to share real-life strategies that help employers become better leaders—not just bosses. This course is designed for managers, entrepreneurs, and business owners who want to improve communication, build trust with their team, and reduce employee turnover, burnout, and conflict.
