My name is Edgar and I'm a software engineer with 7+ years of experience working in the corporate world and 2+ years working as a freelance developer. I won several programming contests being the one that I'm most proud of the NASA Space Apps Challenge 2014, in which I was a Global Finalist. I have strong communication skills, which I gained thanks to extracurricular activities which include Microsoft Student Partner (MSP), AIESEC (the world's largest student organization) as well as Toastmasters International.
I graduated from Computer Science and did a masters in Information Management. I currently work for the German Stock Exchange as a Senior Software Engineer where I put my knowledge of Java, Kotlin and Oracle to test every single day.
