Mark Hunter is an engineer, educator, entrepreneur and a STEAM enthusiast with an MSc in Computing. He has over 30 years of professional Building Management Systems (BMS) experience at the highest levels, including forming and being CEO of Integration Systems Limited (HK) and Microgro Ltd. (UK).

Mark is also a passionate educator with a PGDE (HKU) and over 10 years teaching Design Technology (IB MYP) and Robotics full time at top private schools in Hong Kong. During this teaching career Mark noted that the majority of students opted out of Computer Science and STEM subjects when given the chance.

It is his contention that using Node-Red as an educational learning tool will lower the high learning curve of conventional computer coding and reduce the number of students dropping out of STEM subjects.
