am Dr.C.G.Sastry, obtained doctorate from Department of Commerce, Osmania University in 2001 in the area of finance on the topic “Pricing of Capital Issues a comparative study of CCI and SEBI Guidelines” to understand the impact of liberalised norms in pricing of corporate offerings on lay investors. Earlier to this I have worked as Research Associate for the project titled “Merchant Banking in India” funded by Andhra Bank and same was published recently by Osmania University Press. In last 26 years I had worked in various prominent institutions like Guru Nanak Institute of Hyderbad and Lovely Professional University, Punjab in various capacities starting from Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor and Principal/Director In between 1999-2001, I worked as a faculty member in Accounting area in Mekelle University, one of prestigious institutions in Ethiopia under the UNDP program.
From 2006 onwards I am working as Principal/Campus Director in various MBA colleges
From May 2013 to Aug 2016 I am with Roots International School of Business, Hyderabad as Principal/Campus Director.
At present, I am working as Head (Operations) at Dhanwantari Institute of Science and Technology (DIST), Hyderabad as a Visiting Professor at Woxsen School of Business, Medak District and FDDI and also as an Adjunct Faculty at Academic Wing, ICFAI Society, Hyderabad.
My research and teaching interests relate to Corporate Finance, Financial Services, Investment management and Derivatives.
I have 9 papers and Five publications to my credit. Some of the book titles authorized by me are 1. Indian Financial Services Published for IMT by Vikas and
