Julia is a Naturopathic Doctor with a special interest in women’s health and fertility, digestive health, and autoimmune conditions. She helps pregnant women and new mothers experience a smooth transition to postpartum and motherhood. As a mom of two children, she understands the deep need for connection, support, and community, especially in the early days of motherhood.
Julia's objective is to enable patients to restore and maintain true well-being, both by helping them remove the obstacles to health and by utilizing the best tools natural medicine can offer.
Julia has worked in multiple clinical settings and has collaborated in the integrative treatment of a wide variety of patients, and teaches at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Striving to address the individual rather than the disease, Julia sees herself as a detective for finding the root cause of disease.
Julia is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), and is licensed with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She has a bachelor of science in Biological Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and is a certified postpartum professional.
