Dr. Ayers has over 25 yrs. of experience in occupational safety serving the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, chemical and nanotechnology industry. 

Dr. Ayers is passionate about safety management systems such as the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP), ISO 45001 and ISO14001.  A few of Dr. Ayers' favorite topics include hazard communication, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, monitoring and measuring contaminants found at industrial work sites.
