Tutor with Preston College/ University of Derby. Lead lecturer on Project Management (PRINCE2, Agile etc., Leadership, Group dynamics, Workplace Legislation, Quality & Standards.
UCLAN (foundation and degree course(s)). Fire College associate. Abu Dhabi Emergency Services tutor. Fully qualified (PGCE) course director/ tutor/ coach since 2000.

Experienced in fire & rescue operations, leadership, project management, change advocate, training design/implementation and operational assessment (psychical and virtual). UK and abroad (Kosovo, Malaysia and UAE) since 1986.
My research passion: authority influences on risk - governance and accountability. Basically, reducing risk through developing quality relationships right across an organisation /company.
I enjoy helping people and teams develop. Have experience working in many types of environment/culture(s) and across all organisational levels - in both theoretical and practical forms.
