Twenty years later I've built a Fortune 500 technology career spanning IT networking, small business solutions, insurance ITIL incident and problem management, Agile platform delivery across commercial banking, retail treasury and payments, and agile delivery for marketing campaign initiatives inside a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical oncology business unit.

I've earned ITIL Foundation, Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, and SAFe certifications — and have spent the last 15 years leading high-performance teams focused on delivering real technical value, not just facilitating ceremonies.

In January 2023 I was laid off along with thousands of other Agile practitioners. I rebuilt in two weeks by doubling down on Jira automation and AI skills. That experience changed how I teach forever.
