My name is Danielle Maupertuis, I am Belgian and worked for 5 stars hotels as Executive Pastry Chef in the UK and abroad, winner of silver and gold medals in International Culinary competitions.
I am actually Tutor at the Vegetarian Society cookery school.
Author of a Cookbook “Vegans deserve better than a fruit salad”, Olympia Publishers, coming out later this year.
My challenge is to convince people Vegan desserts are easy to make, taste yummy and look fantastic.
I am also aiming to give Vegan desserts for Chefs a fine dining touch, ready to enter the exciting world of Culinary Awards.
