Ho creato e adotto il metodo Co.Ol. acronimo di Comunicazione Olistica per lavorare esclusivamente con le persone come coach, stimolando principi di ricerca di un benessere nel comunicare se stessi, anche e soprattutto attraverso la consapevolezza e la conoscenza, attraverso tecniche proprie come la dizione e la fonetica, il public speaking e l'uso della voce.

Nel mio lavoro prediligo l'aspetto umano che cerco di mantenere  e conservare nella costruzione e pubblicazione anche dei corsi online.

I miei due focus:

L'ARTE AL SERVIZIO DEL PROFESSIONISTA | sono un'attrice e aiuto professionisti di ogni settore a trovare agio nel parlare in pubblico. Nel farlo, utilizzo in maniera pratica le tecniche artistiche normalmente utilizzate nel mondo del teatro.

COMUNICAZIONE OLISTICA | il mio metodo è basato sui principi di consapevolezza, conoscenza, cambiamento. L’obiettivo è fornire i mezzi per perseguire un benessere personale ed un'efficacia reale nel comunicare con gli altri.

--> Pubblico continuamente sul canale Youtube "CoOl - Cristiana Raggi" dei video tutorial. Ci si può iscrivere per essere aggiornati continuamente.

--> Ho scritto e pubblicato con Streetlib il libro "La Dizione e Fonetica italiana - manuale di teoria ed esercizi per chi cerca di migliorare la propria voce".

ART AT THE SERVICE OF THE PROFESSIONAL | I am an actress and professional help from every sector to find ease in public speaking. In doing so, I practically use the artistic techniques normally used in the world of theater.

HOLISTIC COMMUNICATION my method is based on the principles of awareness, knowledge, change. The goal is to provide the means to pursue personal well-being and real effectiveness in communicating with others.
