I helped build, grow and led COREangels International, a global community of angel investors and entrepreneurs. Together, we’ve supported over 120 startups across multiple regions, fostering innovation and creating impact through hands-on support and strategic investment.

Over the last 12 years, I’ve immersed myself in the startup ecosystem as a co-founder, mentor, and active angel investor. This unique perspective allows me to understand the challenges of founders and the demands of scale-ups, especially those entering international markets. I was awarded the Golden Aurora 2025, recoginizing me as the most influential female angel in Europe.

I hold a Computer Science degree and an MBA from COPPEAD/UFRJ and Instituto de Empresa, with executive education at IMD, MIT and LSE. My leadership style is people-first, and I’m recognized for strategic vision, execution excellence, energy and driving growth under challenging conditions.
