Christopher has been involved with programmes and portfolio management for over 40 years. He provides expertise consultancy and mentoring to boards, senior project managers and to programmes.
In the UK, he was the Chief Executive of CITI from 1992 until 2019, during which time it was the leading provider of provider of education in project and programme management as well as providing hundreds of accredited courses on project management to the UK government.
In South Africa, he provides mentoring and coaching to programme managers and senior project managers. He lectures on the MSc in Project Management at the University of Cape Town where his specialist areas in include benefits management, programme management and leadership. He, with his wife Louise, has published two books on planning and governance of projects and programmes with Business Expert Press.
