Chad Eslinger is a second generation home builder from the Pacific Northwest. Building custom homes over the last 22 years has allowed Chad to personally manage over 140 homes worth over $100,000,000 through the construction process.

Chad has a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Puget Sound to pair with his construction education from an apprenticeship under a master home builder.

In addition to building custom homes, Chad has personally managed over 50 remodels and additions as well as several commercial buildings from the ground up. Chad has also developed over 100 lots from bare dirt to the construction process. His well rounded construction experience has exposed Chad to many situations that have yielded insights and knowledge which can benefit anyone going through the construction process.
