Richard’s professional life has been spent as a sales person. Starting work at the age of 16, he quickly found his niche in the world of interpersonal skills, encouraging others to understand that their needs are closely matched by his products in the industries he worked in.
The bulk of his career has been spent in the motor industry. Starting as a used car salesman, he worked his way up through selling new cars, becoming a business manager and sales manager, to playing an integral part in running dealerships. From there he worked for 2 major banks, both as an area manager then as a trainer, which is where he got the bug for creating knowledge and passion in others.
In 2006 he set up his business as the vehicle for delivering high quality, effective sales training to many sectors across the South West, the UK and abroad.
He is a skilled, focused and motivated sales person with proven sales success in all employment situations. As a knowledgeable trainer, consultant and motivator with real experience in many sales environments and strong interpersonal skills, he prides himself on the energetic delivery of his client’s solutions and his dedication to their success.
