I’m a psychoanalytic therapist, counseling psychologist, and couples therapist with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. I work in private practice and have been trained in psychoanalysis, relationship therapy, and coaching (East European Institute for Psychoanalysis, Moscow Institute for Group Therapy & Supervision, ICA Coaching Association).
I’m also a contributing author to Psychology Today, the author of numerous articles and a practical psychology book.
My work focuses on emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and helping people understand what happens beneath the surface during conflicts.
I care deeply about translating complex psychological ideas into clear, usable tools that people can apply in real life, not just understand intellectually.
I work in English, Hebrew, and Russian, and I’m passionate about making psychology accessible, humane, and grounded in both research and lived experience.
