With expertise in health systems strengthening, quality assurance and project management, he has provided technical support to organizations such as the WHO and National Department of Health.
His career began in the Defence Force, where he developed his emergency care expertise, working in military hospitals and frontline casualty units. Over the years, he has been instrumental in leading healthcare initiatives, enhancing service delivery, and implementing digital health solutions.
As a Master Trainer, Bonginkosi has played a pivotal role in capacity building, leading training sessions for over five years. He has trained and mentored healthcare professionals across Southern Africa, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and program implementation.
