Ben is part-time a cook, and full time a fashion designer based in Paris, but originally from Algiers, Algeria.

After he moved to Paris following his passion to be a fashion designer, he found himself obliged to learn cooking. He used to call his mother and asks for traditional recipes, because they were his favorites. He discovered then how much he was enjoying cooking. Now it became his second passion.

Ben's mother is a professional chef of traditional Arab dishes in Algeria. She works in a company that organizes events as a chef. When she was teaching him through video calls, sometimes she used to yell at him, but that was only an advantage, because he got to learn the real Arab recipes, and now he's trying to share with the world these skills.

Eating is a necessity, but cooking is an art. Take a sip from the Arab food culture.
