Banu Rinaldi is a Lecturer, Researcher, Writer, and Coach/Mentor, specialising in entrepreneurship and SME development, with his current position as Faculty Member in BINUS Business School and Head of Research in ukmindonesia. The topics of his expertise are SME Entrepreneurial Orientation, SME Digitalization, SME Export Development, and SME Sustainability Practice. He is also an Entrepreneur in the food business (Bante Foodz). He has three years' experience in business innovation as a Management Consulting Analyst in Accenture. He has outstanding academic performance with 1.3 German Grade - Leipzig University (Converted GPA: 3.9) and Cum Laude Honour - University of Indonesia. Additionally, he got DAAD Development-Related Postgraduate Scholarship Award to study MBA in Germany.
