Azizeh Elias Constantinescu is a leader and change agent with 23 years of experience shepherding organization transformation.  Azizeh is a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt (MBB) and certified DDI Facilitator.  She has worked in both manufacturing and service sectors applying LEAN in chemical manufacturing, Contact Lens, Testing-Inspection-Certification, Magazine publication, Education, Insurance, and Banking industries.  Azizeh has helped organizations design, develop and improve processes in Sales, Fulfillment Operations, Engineering Services, Marketing, Lab Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Ethics & Compliance, Corporate University and Corporate IT.  She has trained and certified hundreds of belts both in person and virtually.  Azizeh is a life-long learner and encourages individuals to continually learn, practice their trade, and grow.
