I guide people toward balance and clarity—body, mind, and energy—through counselling, Pranic Healing, Tai Chi, Pranayama, and creative expression. For me, healing isn’t about fixing; it’s about noticing, being present, and helping each person reconnect with their natural rhythm.
At The Anvani Centre, I design personalised healing journeys that support physical vitality, emotional wellbeing, and inner alignment. Every session, workshop, or program is crafted to meet the individual’s unique needs, creating space for awareness, presence, and transformation.
I also mentor our team of Anvani Guides, helping them hold space with empathy, clarity, and intention. Together, we aim to create an environment where healing feels accessible, human, and deeply restorative.
Outside my work, I explore art, movement, and energy practices in daily life, bringing creativity and mindfulness into everything I do.
