I remember very clearly when I first became a barber.

I realized that I needed coaching and mentorship from someone in the industry who had “been there, done that”…I began to travel from shop to shop, looking for help or mentorship from anyone… but unfortunately, many barbers did not want to share their secrets with me because, in the real world, I had now become their competition in what seemed to be a “dog eat dog” industry.
