After graduating in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge, I moved to California, where I became interested in massage and complementary therapies. I completed my original training in Swedish and Shiatsu massage in 1981 - and have been learning ever since!  

My teaching career began around 2000, when I was recruited simultaneously by No Hands massage school, and the Academy of On-Site Massage. In 2003, I realised I had a lot to offer the massage community with all my experience, and so began to write my own courses.

I have been delivering these in person with great success, and see the Udemy platform as a fantastic opportunity to reach even more learners

I have a City and Guilds qualification in teaching adults, and also teach circle dance and laughter.
