Originally from a small town in India and now based in Dubai, I’ve led major initiatives in m-commerce, omnichannel retail, franchise management, cash and carry operations, and IT strategy for leading retailers like Carrefour.

With a strong foundation in retail operations, supply chain, IT systems, analytics, and digital transformation, I’m passionate about making retail knowledge accessible and practical for learners worldwide.
