Andrei Golobokov is an associate professor at Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service, Russia. He was a Fulbright Scholar in the Political science department of the University of Louisville (KY, U.S.).
He has had approximatly 50 scholarly articles and 2 monographs published in Russia. He is a Kandidat Nauk in Political Science and Master of Management in Education.
