My passion now is helping techies pause, reflect, and focus on what’s important to them so they can strengthen both their well-being and performance at work.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach and I’ve invested in my own growth through extensive training in communication, leadership, and teamwork—long before I even considered becoming a coach. Now, I use everything I’ve learned to support and empower other leaders.
