Hi there! I’m a former Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where I led large-scale transformation projects across industries—from strategy to execution—with a focus on performance improvement and organizational redesign. My work has taken me across the Americas and Asia, partnering with both global enterprises and regional leaders.

As part of McKinsey’s Organization Practice, I specialized in strategy and organization design, corporate governance at the shareholder, board, and executive levels, as well as talent strategy and incentive system design. I’ve helped executive teams navigate complexity, align their organizations, and build high-performing cultures.

Before joining McKinsey, I spent five years in a tech startup, wearing multiple hats in product management and business development—an experience that taught me the importance of agility, speed, and user-centric thinking.
