Alex Chyzh, PhD, is a decarbonization and CCUS specialist with combined experience in academia, policy analysis, and the energy industry. He began his career as an oil and gas risk analyst at leading research and consultancy firms IHS Markit and S&P Global, focusing on energy security and market dynamics. Alex holds a doctorate in History of International Relations from Belarusian State University and is currently a doctoral researcher in Management at Nova School of Business and Economics, where his work centers on stakeholder engagement strategies of CCUS companies.
