About me
I am a Senior IT Manager and IT Infrastructure expert with over 22 years of hands-on experience in networking, servers, security, and enterprise systems.
Throughout my career, I have designed, implemented, and managed large-scale IT environments across multiple industries, including government, banking, construction, hospitality, and mega infrastructure projects. My work includes major projects such as the Grand Egyptian Museum, Cairo Metro Line 3, Madinaty City, and enterprise environments for financial institutions and multinational organizations.
My expertise covers networking, Windows Server and Active Directory, virtualization, cloud and hybrid environments, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and enterprise infrastructure design. I have extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, Cisco networking, server platforms (IBM, Dell, HP, Lenovo), and modern security frameworks such as Zero Trust and ISO/NIST standards.
In addition to my professional work, I have experience as a technical instructor and enjoy simplifying complex IT concepts into practical, real-world skills. My teaching approach focuses on understanding how things actually work in production environments, not just passing exams. I help students build solid foundations, gain hands-on experience, and confidently start working with real office networks.
My goal is to help aspiring IT professionals and career switchers develop strong fundamentals, practical skills, and the confidence needed to succeed in real-world IT roles.
My courses are designed for beginners, aspiring IT professionals, and those preparing for Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, and other industry certifications—with a strong focus on real-world, hands-on skills rather than theory alone.
