With more than 15 years of experience in the port, shipping, and logistics industry, I have worked in some of the world's leading container terminals, managing terminal operations, yard planning, vessel operations, and operational excellence initiatives. Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams, improved productivity, enhanced safety, and optimized terminal performance in high-volume port environments.

I hold a Master's degree in Logistics and Operational Quality Management and am certified as a PMP® (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma Black Belt, and Marine Surveyor Consultant. My experience combines operational leadership with continuous improvement, allowing me to bridge the gap between theory and real-world port operations.
