Aaron Hillyer has been in this career space and coaching space for eighteen years and has directly coached hundreds of people, reviewed tens of thousands of resumes, interviewed thousands of candidates, and hired hundreds of job seekers.  He also has a strong technical background and has created an initiative AI Powered Job Search leveraging cutting edge AI tools like ChatGPT to turbocharge the job search process.

Additionally, Aaron has worked in quite a few different industries and has applied to over a thousand listings himself. He has also studied marketing hands on, including getting a master’s degree in internet marketing and has applied marketing to the job search.

On a personal note, he is married with two boys, loves traveling, loves playing chess, loves dancing and listening to music.
