Tracy has a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of West Florida and has taught Pre-K 3 and 4, as well as Kindergarten and first grade. She has been a director of a Class A center and a Class B center.
Tracy started working for Child and Family Network in 2008. Her work includes CDA classes, technical assistance, general early childhood training, child care referrals, and working with centers to understand the Department of Children and Family Services initiatives such as Quality Start, Tracking Of Time System (TOTS), and Licensing Requirements.
