Section 1: Intro in the Ultimate Fitness Guide - 360 Success

You must do your warm up before your workout. It is best to do a warm up based on the workout that you are about to do but if you are out of ideas and short on time we recommend this warm up routine.

It is fast, simple, efficient and puts every muscle group to work.

Section 3: The workout

No one argues with a hour and a half workout routine when you get to do even that cardio session. But what if you don’t have that hour and a half free time in a day?

This course features a 15 minutes workout routine that you can squeeze in anywhere, be it your dorm room, tiny apartment, outside and so on, without worrying about bugging your downstair neighbours. We have designed a routine that can be done by everyone, our instructors Kate and Petar will be showing you a advanced and a scaled version of the workout so everyone can do it.

Section 4: Martial Arts

Unimpressive as it may look, the essence of Wing Chun is actually embedded in Sui Lim Tao form. You cannot possibly execute the other forms without a firm foundation of Siu Lim Tao, which outlines all the principles of Wing Chun. If you don’t understand Siu Lim Tao, you will never understand Wing Chun. If you rush through it while learning, you will pick up bad habits. The bad habits remain with you all through your Wing Chun life.

Our instructor and one of the top Wing Chun master in the world demonstrates the technique so you can start practice it.


Chum Kil follows the natural progression and teaches the student the proper use of footwork coordinated with more advanced use of the hand technique learned in Sui Lim Tao. Chum Kil introduces the practitioner to the neutral side stance, the forward stance, and the parallel side step, the T-step and further use of the circle step trained in Sui Lim Tao.

Our instructor and master demonstrates the movements so you can practice them.

The most effective ways of accomplishing this is Mindfulness Meditation. By cultivating mindfulness, we can learn to identify the negative thoughts that keep us trapped in feelings of self-doubt and shame, and learn instead to embrace the peacefulness that stems from living in the present moment.


Chi Kung meditation techniques include mantra meditation, breathing techniques, chakra meditation, guided meditation, mindfulness and much more.

In itself, Chi Kung is a form of meditation, practiced for health, healing and longevity, focused concentration, creative insight, increased cognition, personal development, self-realization, inner peace and spiritual development.
