He is passionate about bringing Sales Force Effectiveness which fosters positive business change, personnel transformation, and leadership to fuel long-term growth & success.

Zubair is a Certified Leadership Coach from the International Coach Federation, USA along and has earned two Master's degrees, one in Business Administration (MBA) and another one in Psychotherapy and Counselling. He is also certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, DISC, Situational Leadership and has been a guest speaker at various academic, corporate and social organizations.
