For two decades, I have been at the forefront of missions dedicated to creating new value and driving organizational transformation.

Central to my philosophy is a single question: How can we make the work process itself more engaging and meaningful? I create my Udemy courses based on this core belief, aiming to share these insights with professionals everywhere.

My Three Core Principles

These principles were forged through diverse experiences across vastly different corporate cultures and industries:

Nomura Research Institute (10 years): Mastering the rigorous logic and execution required to drive large-scale, complex projects.

Recruit (6 years): Developing an intense sense of ownership, speed, and the pursuit of individual "Will" to build new businesses.

Hakuhodo DYMP & Hakuhodo (3.5 years): Crafting creative strategies and visionary concepts unique to the media industry to move the market.

In October 2025, I founded Rise Design Partners as the culmination of these experiences. My mission is to help realize a society where individuals and organizations can create value more proactively, creatively, and with a sense of wonder.
