Hello, I'm a former Japanese corporate employee with extensive experience working in both Japan and Southeast Asia (Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam). Now, I work as a professional Japanese language tutor and cultural guide.

For many years, I worked in sales across various Japanese companies. Through this, I’ve experienced firsthand the unique challenges of Japanese corporate culture—such as unspoken rules, group pressure, and the expectation to “read the air.” I’ve also faced cultural friction while working abroad, which gave me deep insight into cross-cultural communication.

My goal is to share not only textbook knowledge, but practical, real-world Japanese that is useful in actual business and work settings. My courses are based on real-life experience—not theory—and are designed to help learners navigate Japanese workplaces with confidence.

In the future, I plan to offer a variety of courses beyond business topics, focusing on culture, communication, and the human side of working in Japan. I hope my courses will be helpful for you in your journey.
