I have been teaching yoga for over decade, mostly in Damascus and in Beirut. I love making yoga practices accessible to people of all walks of life. I have benefitted first hand and seen the benefit of yoga on others on all levels of life, including emotional, physical and mental health. Often, the simplest practices can make the deepest transformation. This is very empowering for us all. As the world becomes increasingly chaotic and unsettling, we can create greater resilience through our own inner resources: self-observation, discipline, breathwork, movement and an attitude of openness to gratitude and creativity. Yoga shows the way.
