Dr. Youssef Youssef is the COO and Co-Founder of AIREV, a UAE-based generative AI company focused on building scalable AI solutions for enterprises, developers, and governments globally. He is also a Co-Founder of OnDemand, an AI operating system that enables individuals and organizations to rapidly build, deploy, and scale AI agents and AI-powered applications.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning healthcare, biomechanics, data science, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Youssef operates at the intersection of innovation and real-world problem solving. Together with Muhammed Khaled, CEO and Founder of AIREV, they are driving the mission to democratize AI, enabling startups, developers, and enterprises to move from concept to production-ready AI products in days rather than months.

Through OnDemand, the team have and continue to develop a unified AI platform that integrates language models, tools, workflows, and infrastructure, empowering users to build intelligent agents capable of automating workflows, powering applications, and transforming industries at scale.

In parallel to his work in AI, Dr. Youssef is a licensed Osteopath and former President of the Emirates Osteopathic Society, where he led international conferences and initiatives advancing healthcare innovation.
