Dr Yolinda Steyn registered her private practice in August 2000. Her Formal Qualifications consists of Univ. Dipl. (SW) 1995; MA (SW) 2008; PhD (SW) 2015. She has conducted numerous short courses and certificates over the years, including: Child assessments; Play therapy; Parental guidance; Emotional intelligence of children; Trauma therapy with adults and children (groups & individuals); Substance abuse (teenagers & adults); Assessments with adults.
After having worked in private practice part-time; having been a therapist at SANCA for five years and a senior lecturer at the department of Social work (NWU, Vaal Campus) for six years, she returned to private practice in 2017 on a full-time basis.
