She has been invited as a trainer by diverse sector leaders including Delhi government mediation centres, Art of Living social service vertical, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, NGOs, corporates and educational institutions. She provides conflict coaching and mediation services for conflicts ranging from: workplace, commercial, contractual, consumer, family, interpersonal conflicts. She was invited by Indian Parliament for comment on Mediation Bill which became The Mediation Act 2023.
