    Name Image Likeness (NIL) is the topic of todays era. Companies are offering thousands of dollars and sometimes even millions to student athletes as early as in high school.  We have to equip our youth with the knowledge and understanding of how money works. Truth is 1.6 % of all college athletes will get drafted to the Pros.
