About me
William Rollings is on a mission to help people learn, grow and reach their potential as leaders.
His career includes over 25 years of Federal Government and corporate experience. In the Government, William has served in key leadership roles as Acting Branch Chief, Program Manager and Sr. Project Manager. As Program Manager, he led a regional leadership development program to equip emerging leaders with coaching sessions, monthly training, shadowing efforts and group projects to aid in their professional development.
Prior to working at the Government, William had a successful corporate career with Sabre, Inc., a global technology company that supports the travel industry. While at Sabre, he served in various roles as Product Manager and Marketing Manager to oversee product marketing efforts and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers.
William also has experience with educational institutions and nonprofit organizations. For 16 years, William has served as an adjunct professor teaching management and business courses at the Dallas College in Dallas, Texas. He co-leads the Rollings Foundation to provide clean drinking water and food security to communities in South Africa. For 4 years, William also led several small teams on international mission trips to South Africa.
William is also a leadership coach and author of several books. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Texas in Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University.
