The courses I offer come from my own direct experiences, including a successful career in high tech before transforming back into my entrepreneurial roots, helping found both for-profit and non-profit organizations - from a food bank to a social venture focused on helping lift children out of poverty, to a management training firm in Finland, and a construction company in rural Tanzania.

Recognized as one of Growthspace's top experts, I have held C-suite and executive leadership positions for over 20 years, building and leading teams through change and transformation while continuing to share what I have learned through my courses, coaching practice, and virtual workshops.

While most of my education has come through direct operational experience, I hold a BSEE, MBA, and PhD, and I am also a certified coach (ACC/BCC) and Master Change Management Professional (MCMP).
