Hi, my name is Bill and I am an IT Trainer, computer technician and digital marketer.

I am qualified to teach computer courses to adults in the community, at various venues across the West Midlands in the UK, and provide video training for those who need it Worldwide.

The main focus of my training is helping older people (and people from emerging economies) enjoy the myriad benefits of technology, and improve confidence with computers and using the internet.
