Wendy received her Masters degree in Counselling through the University of Ottawa.

Wendy has also been instrumental in pioneering equine-assisted therapy for treating PTSD in the National Capital Region. Over the past three years she has worked with the War Horse project in Pembroke planning and facilitating group sessions for veterans and first responders.
