Punit brings 15+ years of experience in product management and customer support. He has headed support at QMetry and has vast experience of working with enterprise organizations for implementing test management solutions. In his current role as Senior Product Manager, he defines the product roadmap and ensures that customer feedbacks and inputs are incorporated in to product. He works closely with the engineering teams to ensure that new features and improvements are developed to matter for the end users and achieve high customer success.
