I built and ran one of India’s largest drone and AI construction monitoring operations, and these courses come from that work.
As Co-Founder and CEO of CONSTRA (Huviair Technologies), I spent nine years turning drones, 360° capture and computer vision into a platform that construction and real estate firms relied on every week. At peak, my team monitored 100+ live construction sites and ran 20 land surveys a month across India, Dubai and the USA. Overall we surveyed more than 100,000 acres and tracked over 200 million sq ft of development for 160+ clients, including JLL, CBRE, Gleeds and Knight Frank. The business reached EBITDA-positive and was acquired by Bandhoo in 2024.
I designed the operations from scratch: drone capture standards, 360° site walk training, AI-driven progress tracking with human QC, and a pre-construction survey line delivering results in 3 days. Everything I teach here is what my 25-person ops team actually did on real sites, for paying clients, to tight deadlines.
Today I’m based in London and work in commercial leadership in AI, where I stay close to how construction and property firms are adopting new technology.
